Blockchain Life 2023 in Dubai has become a premier event for blockchain enthusiasts and industry leaders. As blockchain adoption continues to grow, so does the need for events where leading experts, businesses and investors from around the globe can gather in real time, exchange ideas, explore new opportunities, and create strong business connections.
The 2023 event featured leading companies and startups active in the blockchain space. Participants were able to see demonstrations of products and services, hold negotiations with company representatives, and find potential partners for cooperation.
The role of our company in this event
The Insight Expo team served as the lead developer and general contractor for the 2023 events, which took place in April at the Atlantis Hotel and in October at the Festival Arena. Through the efforts of our specialists, many stands were produced: both exclusive ones, which delighted the conference participants with their original design, and standard stands, organically built into the event. In total, the team built up more than 1000 sq.m of space. The implementation stages were carried out in the following order:
- Concept development and production of stands;
- Installation of stands for allocated areas.
- Delivery of the finished project, as well as maintenance during the event with subsequent dismantling.
Project team
The following team was allocated for the tasks of this event:
- Project managers with at least 2 years of international experience;
- A team of designers developing three-dimensional models of stands and graphic design;
- A team of engineers and technical specialists responsible for design solutions;
- A team of professional videographers together with a marketing specialist responsible for the content part.
